"We have been using them for about 10 years and I really enjoy working with them. Diskopy does all of our outside duplications. We have an update that goes out to around 1300 clients six times a year (2 CDs), an update that goes out to 10,000 clients, showcase CDs that go out to prospects, and a convention cd every year that they duplicate for us. During all this time of working with Diskcopy, mistakes have been minimal but they are always on the ball to correct them and get the right thing out to us promptly.
A couple of years ago, I was forced to use a few other duplicators just so we would not have “all our eggs in one basket”. Two of the duplicators we used did okay but one was a nightmare. Marc at Diskcopy had to bail us out and he did so quickly and efficiently as this was a time-sensitive cd for us. He is always dependable, honest and upfront with me about anything I need. I have told Marc that as long as I am at here, we will not use another duplicator. I have found Marc to be wonderful to work with and I trust him completely. I have asked him all types of questions about duplication and he has always taken the time to explain things to me so that I can understand what is going on.
